We read everything that comes in. Whether you have spotted an error in a review, want to report a product that did not hold up, or have a business enquiry, this page tells you where to send it and what to expect back.
Email us
The fastest way to reach us is [email protected]. One address handles everything - please put the topic in the subject line so it reaches the right person.
What to write to us about
Corrections and factual errors
This is the message we most want to receive. If a specification is wrong, a price is badly out of date, a product has been discontinued, or a pick simply does not perform the way we said it would, tell us. Please include the page URL and, if you can, what the correct information is. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy.
Reader experience with a product we recommended
If you bought something on our recommendation and it disappointed you, we want to know. Reader reports of recurring faults are one of the strongest early signals that a pick needs revisiting, and they carry more weight with us than anything a manufacturer tells us.
Brand, PR, and business enquiries
We are happy to hear from brands, but please read this first: We do not accept payment for reviews, rankings, scores, or inclusion in a roundup, and we do not publish sponsored posts or brand-supplied copy. We also do not send coverage for approval before it publishes. Pitches that assume otherwise will not get a useful answer. Product information, spec corrections, and launch details are genuinely welcome.
Copyright and legal
Copyright complaints follow the process on our DMCA page. Privacy requests are covered by our privacy policy. Sending these to the general address is fine - they will be routed.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge messages within a few business days. Reported factual errors are prioritised: If a claim on the site is wrong, we would rather correct it quickly than reply elegantly.
We are a small team and we do not have the capacity to answer every request. In particular, we cannot provide individual shopping advice, recommend a product for your specific circumstances, help with orders, returns, warranties, or shipping (those belong with the retailer you bought from), or offer technical support for products we have written about.
Who publishes this site
